The City of West Sacramento requires that every person, firm, corporation, partnership or other business organization occupying real property within the City for business purposes shall obtain a Business License. In addition, similar businesses which are now engaged in business activity within city limits but have no fixed place of business in West Sacramento may be required to obtain a Business License.
